Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pacific North North, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for bookings made through our platform. Specific cancellation terms may vary by listing, and we encourage you to review the cancellation policy for each adventure before booking.
Free Cancellation Period
Most bookings include a free cancellation period, typically 24-48 hours before the scheduled start time. During this period, you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. The exact cancellation deadline is displayed on each listing and in your booking confirmation.
- Free cancellation is available until the deadline specified in your booking
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Processing fees (typically 2-3%) may apply and are non-refundable
Cancellations After the Deadline
If you cancel after the free cancellation deadline, refund eligibility depends on the vendor's cancellation policy:
- Flexible: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before start time
- Moderate: 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before start time
- Strict: No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before start time
- Non-refundable: No refunds available after booking confirmation
The cancellation policy for each listing is clearly displayed on the listing page and in your booking confirmation email.
Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
If a vendor cancels your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including all fees. We will also help you find alternative options when possible.
Weather & Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond anyone's control, we work with vendors to provide:
- Full refunds when activities cannot be rescheduled
- Rescheduling options when available
- Credit toward future bookings in some cases
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled booking without canceling in advance, no refund will be provided. We recommend contacting the vendor as soon as possible if you anticipate being late or unable to attend.
Voucher Bookings
Open-date vouchers have different cancellation terms:
- Vouchers are typically non-refundable after purchase
- Vouchers may be transferable to another person
- Expiration dates and redemption deadlines are clearly stated
- Contact support if you need to extend a voucher expiration date
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Contact support if you don't see your refund after 10 business days
Disputes & Appeals
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that was not provided, or if you have concerns about a cancellation, please contact our support team. We review each case individually and work to find fair solutions for all parties.
